Up for a re-build and a splash of paint..
..taffdog style..

This is the start of a 13 week total re-build
it looked like this when it went on the bench...

start to strip it down

1,000 miles with no oil in the gearbox = rusty primary chain
and 1/4" longer than the new one

brakes were totaly re-built

As were the forks

Where have all the teeth gone.????

this is got over by turning the middle out of the original pully and the outer of a spare standard one so after a trip to the dentist we have a good one .!!!

lots of stuff to the polishing man..

How to tart up a tank.!!
make a plate to fit around petrol cap

turn the heads off some S/S bolts

mark out and scrape paint down to the metal

glue it on ...(simples..)

Start to put it all back togrther.
